• Annual Gas Safety Checks: Conducted by qualified Gas Safe engineers to ensure all gas appliances, pipework, and flues are safe and functioning correctly.
• Issuance of Gas Safety Certificates (CP12): A legally required document confirming that the safety checks have been completed.

Legal Obligations for Landlords:

Under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, landlords are required to:
